The work I offer is grounded in embodied awareness, relational presence, and gentle exploration of the body, emotions, and present experience.
Sessions are client-led and may include conversation, guided awareness practices, and simple body-based approaches such as noticing sensation, breath, both gentle and energising movement, and being present with emotions. Where appropriate and with clear consent, sessions may also include light, non-invasive touch (see below).
Areas I Work With
I work with individuals and couples, both in person and online, who are interested in
exploring areas such as:
ABOUT SESSION WORK
connection to self and body
intimacy, desire, sexuality and relationships
deepening pleasure and aliveness in your everyday life
nervous system regulation via grounded, body based tools
shifting from doing and burnout, to being and presence
embodied communication skills
emotional awareness and expression
confidence, boundaries, and self-trust
navigating patterns, habits, or life transitions
understanding how to life more in sync with your own cycles and those in nature
… or anywhere else you feel this work could offer support.
Approach
This work is collaborative and unique to each client/couple. There is no expectation to go beyond what feels comfortable. Sessions are grounded in:
consent and safety
clear communication and self autonomy
respect for boundaries
nervous system awareness
trauma informed practice
You are not required or expected to do anything that doesn't feel comfortable and you are always encouraged to:
go at your own pace
pause or stop at any time
communicate openly about your experience
Touch
In some sessions, there may be the option for me to bring gentle, non-invasive touch to your body during a process. Touch can be a simple way to support grounding, awareness, and a sense of presence in the body. It may be used, for example, on areas such as the back, shoulders, or upper chest to support connection and settling.
Where touch is included, it is always:
discussed and agreed to in advance
optional and consent-based
fully clothed
non-invasive and non-sexual
There is no genital contact or sexual interaction of any kind within sessions and you are always welcome to decline or pause touch at any time.
Health & Safety Considerations
As part of this work, some sessions may include body awareness practices, gentle movement, energising movement (including shaking or stomping etc), emotional release and breath work.
All practices are grounded in client consent, safety, and self-autonomy, and you are not required to do anything that doesn't feel comfortable for you.
To support you safely, it’s important that you share any relevant information about your physical or mental health, including any conditions, injuries, or medications..
Please note:
This work may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing:
significant or unstable mental health challenges
acute trauma or crisis
medical conditions that would make body-based or emotional awareness practices unsafe
If you are unsure, I recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before booking, or reaching out to me to discuss whether this work is a good fit.
